These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Story Kiddos mobile application, website, and related services ("Service") operated by StoryKiddos.in ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms
• You are authorized to submit any voice recordings used through your account
• You will comply with applicable laws and platform rules

2. Description of Service

Story Kiddos provides AI-generated personalized story narration using user-submitted voice samples.

The Service currently supports narration only for curated stories made available within the app. Users cannot upload custom text or generate arbitrary speech.

3. Voice Consent and Authorization

By submitting any voice recording, you represent and warrant that:

• The voice belongs to you or you have explicit legal authorization to use it
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents
• The submitted voice does not infringe privacy, publicity, or other rights

You are solely responsible for voice content submitted through your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Impersonation or deceptive conduct
• Fraud, scams, harassment, or abuse
• Political campaigning or misinformation
• Creating misleading or unlawful synthetic media
• Submitting voices without authorization
• Commercial redistribution or resale of generated audio
• Attempting to reverse engineer or misuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including app design, software, branding, curated stories, and related materials, are owned or licensed by StoryKiddos.in and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their original voice recordings.

Generated story narration is licensed solely for personal, private, non-commercial use within the Service.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices and availability may change at any time.

Platform billing providers such as Google Play may process payments subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Present security or abuse risks
• Misuse voice cloning functionality
• Create legal or operational risks for the Service

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated narration is synthetic AI-generated audio and may resemble, but is not, an authentic live recording.

The Service is intended for private entertainment and storytelling purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StoryKiddos.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service during the preceding 12 months.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
